Cancellation Policy

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you in a private room and we cannot start without you!

Our therapists are highly trained professionals and their time is valuable.

A twenty-four hour cancellation notice is requested.

• Late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the booked treatments cost to help cover our expenses.
• If you do not keep your appointment and have not cancelled, 100% of the booked treatment will be charged.
